Terms of Service
The ground rules for using petropole.id and booking grooming or the pet hotel through it.
1. About these terms
petropole.id is run by PETROPOLE, Ruko Beach Boulevard, Golf Island, Kawasan Pantai Maju, Jl. Pantai Indah Kapuk No.2 Blok D, Jakarta Utara 14460, Indonesia. By creating an account or sending a booking you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
2. Your account
- You can sign in with Google or sign up with email. Keep your details accurate, especially your WhatsApp number.
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- You must be 18 or older, or book with a parent's or guardian's permission.
3. A booking is a request
A booking sent through the site is a request, not a confirmation. Your slot is locked in only once our team confirms on WhatsApp. We may decline or suggest another time if the slot is full or something comes up.
4. Prices
Prices on the site are estimates from our official price list, based on package, coat type, weight or room size. The final price may differ once we see your pet, for example with heavily matted fur or special needs. We tell you before doing anything that changes the price.
5. Your pet's health and behaviour
- Tell us about your pet's health, allergies, sensitive skin or special habits before the service.
- For every guest's safety we may ask for proof of vaccination, especially for the pet hotel.
- Aggressive or very hyperactive pets may incur an extra charge, or be declined for the safety of the pet and the groomer.
- If your pet seems unwell while in our care, we will contact you and, if needed, take them to the nearest vet. Vet costs are the owner's.
6. Changes and cancellations
To change or cancel a booking, whether still a request or already confirmed, message us on WhatsApp as early as you can. Any special terms, for example over holidays, are given at confirmation.
7. Photos and records
We may photograph your pet for the grooming report on your Account page. We only use those photos on our social media or site with your permission.
8. Using the site
Do not misuse the site, for example by sending repeated fake bookings, trying to reach other people's data, or disrupting the system. We may close accounts that do. The text, photos and PETROPOLE logo on this site are ours.
9. Liability
We care for every pet carefully. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for pre-existing conditions we were not told about, or for site outages beyond our control. We keep the site accurate, but the schedule and price that apply are the ones we confirm.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. If we disagree, we will first try to settle it amicably.
